Together with our excellent facilities, relaxed atmosphere and professional attitude we aim to please both horse and owner.
Horses have been a feature at Raygill since 1898 when the Wall family first came to the farm. Clydesdales were bred and broken at the farm, to be used as workhorses and suppiled to the Crown Estates
and neighbouring farms.
The experprise has been passed down through the generations and today you can be assured of the very best care and livery at Raygill for your horse or pony.
You can choose full, part or DIY livery with generously sized loose boxes.
There is excellent summer and winter turnout in the meadow paddocks on the 200 acre farm and you will have access to the Cross Country Course, Show Jumps, and the 60mx30m all-weather arena, included
free in livery prices.
Raygill unique location gives you the opportunity to see the spectacular senery of Teesdale at its very best with miles of off road riding. Horses can be broken. Schooling and reschooling of horses
and ponies is a speciality at Raygill.
